If only that rather fantastic dream would come true.

I just want Working Dog/old D-Gen/MartinMolloy sketch/skit comedy, or even a sitcom to be on tv. Happy if this replaces the Panel.

Interestingly enough I was listening to Vega 91.5 here in Melbourne on Friday were they were having a wine/food type show and the one of the guests mentioned a Jason Stephens who works on staff.

The conversation went something like:

Guest: "I dropped off some bottles of Cab Sav earlier and that Jason Stephens who says he doesn't drink much, well... it was empty by the time I came back"

Host: "He's talking about Jason Stephens, one of the members on staff here"

I wonder if this is the one and only Jason Stephens?

Unless he's writing or performing on air, I hope it's not *the* Jason Stephens.

I went to a screening of Wolf Creek last week where Laurie Zion did a talk to a couple of the actors from the film plus the editor and the original music maker after the screening of it. I got to ask him after the event if he knew what working dog was up to at the moment. He said "No idea. you have to ask that question to them". So for a person who did film reviews for them on The Panel and also a cameo on The Late Show in the Biosphere skit was an interest reponse that I thought he may have know something but doesn't.

"I'm drinking out of someone elses coffee mug."

Laurie is also a friend of theirs from uni days I believe. Interesting that he doesn't know anything about them.....either he's not as close as I thought, they've had a falling out, or he's just a prick that didn't want to say anything.

I wish we had Laurie for our Wolf Creek Q&A. We (Sydney) had this dumb bloke from Empire mag. Ive seen him interview a few times now and he just sux arse.

Sounds more like he just didn't want to run around spilling the beans on their business... they seem to be pretty private types at the best of times, keeping a low profile unless they've got something going on they want to promote. So telling people what they're up to might just be a good way to have a falling out with them - then again, it's ben a few years since he was on the Panel, so maybe they just don't talk much anymore?

Isn't *the* Jason Stephens connected to Comedy Inc? I know his name was listed in the end credits this year.

Yeah but without spilling what they are up to specifically he could have been like "Oh, they're pretty busy right now. Working on a few projects. Can't say much though" if he actually knew. I hate the show-bizzy attitude "Ask them yourself".
