......has been axed after only 2 episodes!
Is that a record? I mean, you could argue Doug Mulray's Dirtiest Home Video holds the record as it happened mid episode, but I think that was only intended as a one-off episode, so you coud argue it was pulled midway through its run!

Best news ever :)
Doug Mulray has the record so far of the show broadcasted 1/3 of the way.
But there's other shows that have lasted 1 show or only a few.
Last year it was Bert Newton and Julia Zimero's 'What A Year' which lasted 1 episode.
Don't forget the 'Quizmaster' game... or whatever it was.. hosted by Mark Baretta. 1 Ep.
Let Loose Live - 2 eps
There's heaps more.. can't think of them at the moment.

Monster House will probably turn up again in a graveyard timeslot - I'm not sure how many eps they'd already filmed, but it'd haver to be a few. That 'What a Year' turned up over non-ratings to struggle on.
But yeah, good news all 'round - not that surprising though. If we could see that it was going to be crap (and we're probably at least part of the target audience), why couldn't Nine?

About time! I wonder how much money they lost on it. It seemed to be advertised everywhere, even on foxtel. What were they expecting? Is everyone at 9 insane?

Speaking of Glenn Butcher, I watched Young Einstein last night for the first time since 1990.
I forgot how amusing that movie was

I must have missed this thread!! Excellent news to hear Monster House was axxed!! haha! That is awesome news!! And to think how much it was advertised on busses, taxis, etc. What a waste of cash!
If only 9 execs would realise that the fat chick from the Wedge is in no way funny or entertaining.

They'd have to have taste to do that Mason. Having no taste and purely being salesmen is how they sell their souls... I mean get their jobs.
