I don't think that's the reason, he said they were all clear to make a dvd from a legal standpoint, so I'm sure iView wouldn't have been a problem either.

I ran into Shannon on Sunday at Ikea (celebrities are just like us!) and had a quick chat with him and he said that theoretically a dvd is possible, even with all the movie clips, but it's up to the ABC and he's also not had word about a second season either.
