Hey! It's plattopus, not platypus. :P Sorry snatto, I thought you meant 1-5 since series 6 just started two weeks ago. I haven't found series 6 anywhere but since it's so new it should only be a matter of time. For those wanting 1-5, it's here: http://fenopy.com/torrent/Chain+Reaction+BBC+Radio+Seri...

The problem with sites like the dailyshow or hulu etc is the stream isnt actually stored on your pc at all so the cache method simply wont work here. Are you sure that's actually true? I'm not really well versed with cutting edge streaming, but I've always known it to be fundamental to video stream...

I use the fantastic Firefox extension Morning Coffee to automatically open my "default" tabs on the right days. For example, I only read the New York Times website on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But these are the ones I open every day, which you could call my daily routine: 1. OzProg (my websit...

Otherwise, Tony - looking natty in a thin-lapelled suit jacket and red v-neck top I'm with menagers... just my mental picture of this alone has satisfied me enough that the TV show itself could be rubbish and I'd still be happy. (But having heard the Chain Reaction interview between Bill Bailey and...

plattopus have you had much luck with that? I can never seem to find anything of use in the cache... I get the feeling that they just keep the buffered media in the temp files as when you jump around in a stream it has to rebuffer it all over again. I have in the past. I don't have any experience w...

The Short Reply: SHIT ! The good news is whenever you stream something to your computer, it has to cache it somewhere. Type "about:cache" in Firefox and filter down to try and find the video file... it will be in a weird format, but if you find it at least you might be able to convert it.

I hate Labor/Conroy/The Religious Right for this Filter crap, but think that a FTTH Broadband Network is a brilliant thing, and far outweighs the Labor negatives as well as the many Liberal negatives. I'm in the same boat, but I decided that I'd much rather have the NBN and have to continue fightin...
