Re: The Truth Behind the D-Generation Schism

Would this explain why Steve Vizard was the target for jokes on The Late Show, like Mick and Tony discussing Paul Keating signing a $10 dollar note with his autograph?

Re: Mick Molloy in Molly minseries

Probably, although the timeline was wrong. Shirl's Neighbourhood ceased production in 1983.

Re: Degrees of separation between us/them.

One of the women in my trivia team attended Melbourne University at the same time as the original D-Generation members. She mentioned going to see on campus performances at lunch time, and being a fan of The D-Generation TV series. That's one degree of separation.

Good work. I also noticed Ted Emery, back when he still had a pony tail. Was Rob Sitch's 'dinner party guest' character based on him?

Re: What was the last DVD you bought?

I just snagged a copy of Scotland Revealed from an online seller. This is presented by a geographer, and billed as 'a celebration of the stunning landscape of Scotland.'

Re: Bad Movies from when you were young

I recently committed an unforgivable sin. I took my 4 year old daughter to the Bratz movie. As a film, it was pure, pure evil. I will never be able to remove the stain of it from my brain. It had one of those awful premises where there is a horrible world of nasty, stereotyped, prejudiced people. A...

Re: Bad Movies from when you were young

A few of these films have found their way on to Region 2 DVD in the Saturday Morning Pictures series (although I think the DVDs may well be deleted now so will set you back a fair bit if you want to buy them). I saw a couple a few years ago: Egghead's Robot and The Adventures of Hal . They were a b...

Re: Bad Movies from when you were young

Fire in the Stone. While I offer up this as a bad movie from when I was young I have a friend who actually wants a copy of this. Does anyone know where we can find one? It had Paul Smith in it. You know the guy from Henderson Kids. I remember having to do a book report on it at Primary School and t...
