I tried to watch that movie but it's so bad that it's awful, even with Eric Roberts and Ralph Garmin I couldn't stand it.

Thanks for the warning Meatball - I've certainly been tipped off to some awful-yet-strangely-addictive movies on this forum but there are cases when bad is just bad.

Love to have seen the pitch to the financiers though- bet it sounded blockbuster assured with tentacles, teeth and babes

It's a Roger Corman produced tv movie, he somehow carries some sway in the industry, even though the vast majority of his films are horrible, but he gave the world Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola and James Cameron, so he isn't all bad (if you don't believe that statement have aread of this).
