Hi everyone,
I need to move hosts very soon (I'm being gently evicted!). Basically I need some feedback from you about if you have any suggestions about who I can host with - US based I'm imagining - but the exchange rate between the pound/dollar isn't that great.
Basically the criteria is as follows:
1. Needs to support vBulletin (really important)
2. Cost-effective. This website uses up 8GB bandwidth a month which is quite a lot. (Times are tough so I don't want to get some whopping unexpected bill at the end of the month. Otherwise I may need to offer up my begging bowl to you.)
3. Customer service. I can learn quickly but technical installations and lack of decent service are a no-no. I don't want some bare-bones no fuss company - I want one with a decent rep.
Before the site went onto a dedicated server it used JaguarPC which is a US outfit and quite reliable. So I may be temped to go back to them just for convenience sake, but if anyone has any other suggestions, Oz based, UK based, whatever - please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

I use Zanyspace. The server is based in the US i think, but it's owned and managed by a mate of mine from Sydney. Been using this place for about 6 years.
I've been using Dreamhost for the past few years. They don't have a one-click install for vBulletin but you'd be able to run it off their servers. They're rather cheap and pretty generous with bandwidth/disk space.
Wags calls it Rango. We call it trainsurfing - and it's COOL!
Kat: It's mainly just a cost issue as it's currently on a dedicated server which is way more expensive. And the exchange rates mean the hosting price has gone up.
Hamsalad: Cool, they sound good.
I'll have a look around over the next few weeks - thanks all. As I said I may just go back to the previous hosts as they've always been reliable - they also manage my domain - but only after a price comparison check!
