Whatever precautions you take so the photograph will look like this or that, there comes a moment when the photograph surprises you. It is the other's gaze that wins out and decides.

I entered that ages ago. Thought someone else had won...but I'm still in with a chance - yay!
I just want to pop him on a bit of toast and eat him right up.

Oh, sorry Bean, it just popped up on my facebook notifications from being a fan of Rik. I thought it was something new.

I heard about it a few months back. It's part of a viral campaign to promote Rik's World Cup single "Noble England". Given that Rik's one of about 25 billion people with World Cup singles, I'm not confident it will revive his career, but it's a Noble effort.
I just want to pop him on a bit of toast and eat him right up.

I hadn't heard the news so when i started to read that i just thought it was just about Adrian Edmondson reminiscing about the old days but then when i got to the bottom i was like "WHAT? NO WAY!"

I've always been a huge fan of Rik Mayall and i found it truly devastating that he's gone. He was such an amazingly talented actor and he will be sorely missed
