The Four Kinsmen
I think the first toilet break on Series One of The Late Show was The Four Kinsmen performing Green Door.
I was reminded of this because whilst on holidays in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, I was watching one of those local travel programs, and saw an advertisement for The Four Kinsmen. They're still around, performing at Leagues Clubs and RSLs in Queensland.
The voice over referred to them as 'Queensland Legends.'

Please note, it is not the original Four Kinsmen that are still travelling.
I think it is only one of the originals nowadays.
My mate's Dad was in the original group (!!!), and in the D-Gen parody 'Cop Killer', Tony Martin played his part!!!

Re: The Four Kinsmen
I recall that around the early eighties, the then lineup of the Four Kinsmen were semi regular guest stars on Young Talent Time.
They did an act using Muppet style puppets of Australian animals.

Re: The Four Kinsmen
This is a montage. Among the clips Johnny Young is seen introducing the group on YTT, but the full performance isn't shown.

Re: The Four Kinsmen
Yes, probably. The Four Kinsmen appeared on YTT in around 1983. I think the performance was the same as the one you linked to. Thanks for finding it.
