Thank you so much to 13 Schoolyards for sending me the tapes of this, it's fantastic! I didn't really know what to expect but it's hilarious. Don't like Fifi Box already, but Frank Woodley and Angus Sampson are by far my favourites. Already went out and bought myself a Lano And Woodley DVD

I was (and I suppose still am) hoping that TGYH's success in bringing a whole bunch of funny guys back to TV would maybe help one or two of them get shows of their own (where they could be even funnier). But going by the ads for the David Tench thing, Ten figures a CGI puppet is funnier than, say, Shaun Micallef or Bob Franklin. Grrr.

Why do people keep defending Kate Langbroek and Corrine Grant and Fifi Box by saying they have "strong personalities". No they don't! They don't have any personality whatsoever. Kate is a bogan who needs to be dumped in a pit of lava, Corrine seems to think being a dork is cute and funny. Last time I check I didnt know any cute, funny dorks. Fifi Box is so stupid she didnt know her brothers band were good. Idiots! Call me old fashioned but I though part of being a commedian was having the ability to be funny. This is an ability neither of these ladies posess. On another subject, does anyone find Kathy Griffin funny? (Ignore that show she was in with Brooke Sheilds though.)

13 years later, Fifi Box is a regular on The Project. At times she reminds me of those people who will dominate conversations at any social gathering, and won't include the less extroverted so that they will feel like they don't belong.
