Me and my best mate (also TLS fan) would absolutely sell our left & right big toes to be in same spot as you... or at least have your hand!
RH is our alltime top of the list band but we have seen them all of measly one times (in Melb last year - *finally* - thats what you get stuck in the colonies) but it was worth the wait - one of the best ever gigs we've seen..
But 7 times????
And actually shaken Thom E Yorke's hand ??? Grrrrrr well .. if we're ever in the same room we might yank it off ya ! LOL 
I can trade you 2 Mick Molloy encounters, one at Crackerjack DVD signing & one sitting near at restaurant! Like.. wow..

PS. Did you hear there's this brilliant ad on TV here at the moment for SCOPE (formely Spastic Society) showing a wheelchaired guy at Box Hill Train Station waving his arms while Paranoid Android is playing over top.. at the end the TV shows the tagline 'Don't worry he's just another Radiohead fan'. It's been getting heaps of attention partly coz RH donated the song for free for this ad - when you know they'd never sell it to others..

My name is Scott (Scotty or Scotty boy to my close friends).
I was in Year 12, then my first year as an Undergraduate Student during 92 - 93 when The Late Show was on the air.
With the recession, double digit unemployment, the early nineties weren't exactly a carefree time, but thanks for the list of memories from that era.
On the positive side, at least the Saturday paper was easy to carry home from the shops back then. Did anyone ever come home exclaiming,"I've got the paper!"?

Supermarket Sweep (hosted by Ian Turpie and Tania Zaetta). Contestants with names like Shazza and Bronnie used their 'knowledge' of groceries to run around a mini supermarket and win prizes
The revived series of the talent show New Faces, hosted by Bert Newton. Watching this, then The Simpsons was the highlight of my Sunday nights during Year 12.

Roxette - In December of 1991, I went to their concert at the Tennis Centre, but I still like their music and listen to them now. I recall seeing Swedish expats wearing Swedish flags like capes, and with their faces painted with the colours of the flag in the audience.
All age groups were at the concert, from kids with their parents, teens, and adults. I still remember the audience chant of:

Guess I've been VERY lucky to have seen them in Europe so many times. On Wednesday, I am actually meeting up with a girl I met backpacking when I saw RH in 2000... she's from Argentina and has literally travelled to Europe several times in order to see all their gigs. She's even had free tickets to some of them as she knows the lady who heads up the w.a.s.t.e merchandise department. Now that's lucky!
Yes I have seen Sigur Ros when they first suppoerted RH. But I'm not so into them as I am RH! Have you heard of Kaiser Chiefs? They aren't really like Radiohead but they are a bit like Franz Ferdinand. Anyway, I like their new album

THIS CRACKS ME UP!!! You see, in Year 11 I bought a portable TV to a weekend Geology excursion to the Warrumbungles, in order to watch Saturday's Late Show 'as it happened'. (Circa September 4th 1993.) We tested the reception on the top of a mountain and guess who was on the TV... Mike f***ing Mead!
